Summary

Kaiser Permanente - Washington Permanente Medical Group is seeking a 1.0 FTE Physician Assistant to join our Urogynecology team. This position will be based at our Tacoma Medical Center, with 3-4 days per month at our Olympia Medical Center. Clinic hours: Monday-Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM with no call responsibilities.

This is an office-based position, with the opportunity to assist in surgery for candidates who are interested. Responsibilities include conducting initial patient intakes, performing basic procedures, and managing follow-up appointments for Urogynecology patients.

What We're Looking For:

• Interest in Female Pelvic Medicine
• Strong listening skills and empathy in patient care
• one year of experience preferred, but we are open to training the right candidate

Training & Support:

We offer a structured six-month ramp-up period, beginning with shadowing and transitioning into mentored training to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
