AdventHealth Kansas City, a leading faith based not for profit health system, is searching for an experienced Neurosurgery Physician Assistant to serve as a First Assist in surgeries, round in hospital pre and post-surgery, and follow-up clinic visits at our AdventHealth Shawnee Mission location located in the Kansas City Metro area.
Our Employed Neurology group consists of:
Two neurosurgeons, 2 neurosurgery APPs, 5 neurologists, 1 neurohospitalist, and 2 neurology APPs.
EMR – Epic
Schedule – Full Time Days
Shift – Monday – Friday; 40 hours a week

Qualifications
The requirements for this position are:
·Physician Assistant Degree
·Neurosurgery First Assist Experience
·Up to 1 Year of Position-Related Experience
·Kansas Physician Assistant Certification/License
·BCLS obtained through the American Heart Association
·ACLS obtained through the American Heart Association
