Role Overview:

Are you ready to make a real impact and find your calling at MSK? Join our dedicated team of over 900 Nurse Practitioners (NPs) and Physician Assistants (PAs) who are passionate about delivering compassionate and comprehensive cancer care. We are excited to add an Advanced Practice Provider (Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner) - Surgical Nocturnist to our team, covering multiple high-volume services overnight, including Hepatobiliary, Head & Neck, Colorectal, Gastric Mixed Tumor, Plastics, Ophthalmology, and Breast surgery. You'll collaborate closely with physicians and healthcare team members to provide exceptional care to inpatient surgical oncology patients, ensuring their medical, surgical, and psychosocial needs are met. Key Qualifications:

• Current New York State (NYS) RN and NP licenses/registrations
• NYS prescriptive privileges (or eligibility)
• 2-3+ years of related clinical experience within oncology, preferably within surgery
• Related National NP certification
• BLS, ACLS required

OR

• Graduate from an accredited PA program
• NCCPA certification
• Active NYS license or be qualified for state licensure
• A minimum of 2-3 years clinical oncology experience, preferably within surgery
• BLS, ACLS required

Additional Information:

Hours: Full-time Nights, 13.5 hour shifts 5pm to 6:30am with weekend and holiday rotation *orientation will flex between day and night shift*

Location: 1275 York Avenue NY, NY

Pay Range: 144k-182K
