UCHealthhas an excellent opportunity for a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner tojoin our well-established Family Medicine Clinic Care clinic in Greeley,Colorado. UCHealth is looking for inclusive people who possess empathy, talent,drive and a "Patients first" mentality.
The pay range for this position is $45.13 - $64.50 / hour. Pay is dependent on the applicant's relevant APP experience. An annual bonus may be paid to eligible employees based upon organizational and individual performance.
Preferred:1-year of family medicine experience or women's health experience.
Required:Family Nurse Practitioner candidates must have full prescriptive authority tobe considered for this position.

Bacheloror Master's Degree in Physician Assistant Studies
Unrestrictedlicense to practice as a Physician Assistant in the State of Colorado.
PhysicianAssistant Certification (PA-C) issued by the National Commission forCertification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA) is required for hire and must bemaintained throughout employment
UnrestrictedDrug Enforcement Administration (DEA) permit to prescribe all medicationscommonly prescribed in the course of practice.
Eligibleto provide services reimbursable services and maintain provider status withMedicare and Medicaid.
Eligibleto provide services with no sanctions or exclusion from either the Health andHuman Services/Office of Inspectors General (HHS/OIG) or the General ServicesAdministration's (GSA) List of Parties Excluded from Federal Programs.
Unrestrictedmedical staff membership, with appropriate practice privileges.
Prescriptiveauthority as appropriate, per medical staff service privileging process.
